Cross Industry Issues

Under the Queensland Competition Authority Act 1997 the Premier and Treasurer may direct the Queensland Competition Authority to examine and report to them on any matter relevant to the implementation of competition policy.

The Authority also, on occasions, undertakes projects which address issues that cross the boundaries of specific industries. These have included:
