Robin Russell & Associates against Wide Bay-Burnett Electricity Corporation

Robin Russell and Associates lodged a complaint against Wide Bay - Burnett Electricity Corporation alleging that certain costs were too low. The Queensland Competition Authority concluded that the Corporation did breach the principle of competitive neutrality. This decision was supported by the Ministers.
