QCA Structure

Under the Queensland Competition Authority Act 1997, the Queensland Competition Authority must consist of at least three members, each of whom may be appointed for a maximum five-year term. Members ideally have knowledge and understanding of commerce, economics, consumer interests and the interests of government agencies that carry on business activities.
