DBCT Management lodged its 2019 draft access undertaking (DAU) on 1 July 2019.

The QCA published the 2019 DAU and issued a notice of investigation and time periods on 5 July 2019.

QCA staff published a list of questions to assist stakeholders in preparing submission on the 2019 DAU. Stakeholders may comment on some or all of the questions on the list, or on other matters they consider relevant. This list has been prepared by QCA staff and is not binding on the QCA, nor does it represent the views of the QCA.

The QCA is seeking submissions on the DAU by Monday, 23 September 2019.

DBCT Management’s 2017 access undertaking notionally terminates on 1 July 2021.

The QCA issued DBCT Management with an initial undertaking notice on 12 October 2017, pursuant to section 133(1)(b) of the QCA Act, requiring DBCT Management to give the QCA a draft access undertaking (the 2019 DAU) for the services declared under section 250(1)(c) of the QCA Act by 1 July 2019.

In advance of submission of the 2019 DAU by DBCT Management, and in the interests of providing certainty of process to all stakeholders, the QCA published a statement of regulatory intent for the assessment of DBCT Management's 2019 DAU, on 11 June 2019.

DBCT Management lodged its 2019 DAU on 1 July 2019 and the QCA published it on 5 July 2019.
