Prior to 1 July 2014, distributors were required to report their performance against a set of Minimum Service Standards (MSS) and any payments made to customers for failing to meet Guaranteed Service Levels (GSL) for each quarter, as well as for the financial year to the end of that quarter. We use this information to produce an annual report on their performance.
Following changes to the regulation of MSS, from 1 July 2014 distributors are no longer required to report their performance against the MSS to the QCA. Our annual reports now only include information on the distributors’ compliance with the GSLs.

The 2014-15 annual report was re-issued in November 2015 following a minor amendment to Ergon's June 2015 quarterly data.
